How do I order products?

Products can be ordered online via www.pineoakfarm.com or a Pine Oak Farm Affiliate URL (i.e. username.pineoakfarm.com).

What countries will orders be accepted from?

United States and Canada.

How do I know my order status?

Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email that will include your tracking number. You may also login to your account on www.pineoakfarm.com and view your order detail and current status.

Privacy & Payment

What type of payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. For your convenience we also accept Pay Pal payments.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?

Yes! Your personal information is of the upmost importance to us. We take your security and privacy seriously and have put in place several security precautions.

Do you charge sales tax?

Pine Oak Farm is required to collect sales tax on orders shipped within Illinois. As ecommerce rules are changing, we will keep up all state by state requirements. Please note that we do not collect sales tax in all states.

Who can become a Pine Oak Farm Affiliate?

Anyone who is 18 years of age or older that resides in the United States or Canada.

How do I become a Pine Oak Farm Affiliate?

Just click on the 'Join' link and sign-up by completing the registration form and agreeing to our terms.

How much does it cost to become a Pine Oak Farm Affiliate?

A small fee of $10 is required to become a Pine Oak Farm Affiliate when you join.

How do I get paid?

You get paid commissions via a check. We also can pay through PayPal once you setup your PayPal email with us via customer service 

When do I get paid?

We pay our affiliates on the 15th day of the month for sales completed in the month prior. Downline Commission is paid out along with yours. Minimum payout is $25.00.

How do I qualify for my downline commission?

In order to qualify and receive downline commissions you must have personal sales within that same month. Downline sales commission will be forfeited during months with $0 in personal sales.

Do I need my own website?

No you do not need your own website. We provide you with a replicated site with your contact information, and a custom URL (i.e. yourusername.pineoakfarm.com) that you may use to share with your family, friends, and social media networks. If you do have your own site you are more than welcome to use your own. You may only use approved content and must adhere to all of our policies and procedures.

Can I earn a commission on my own personal purchases?

Yes, when you order off of your own custom domain/URL (i.e. yourusername.pineoakfarm.com) you will earn a commission just as if it was a completed sale from a visitor.

What if items are purchased on-sale or at a discount?

Commissions are based on the amount paid not including sales tax and shipping. So for example if a visitor bought a $10.00 item at 10% off, your commissionable sales would be $9.00.

Returns & Exchange

What is your return policy?

We are committed to free exchanges and returns on all unopened product that has not been used and is in it's original packaging. Return your item within 30 days of your ship date and we will refund you the original price paid for the item, and any associated sales tax, to your original type of payment or you can receive store credit. Any shipping charges will not be refunded. 

We can not issue a cash refund after 30 days of your original ship date. However, if within 90 days of the original ship date, we can help you with your product in the best way possible as items and inventory may have changed. If applicable an in-store credit may apply.

When your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment center, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or payment method within 7 days.  Please understand, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 4-7 business days for the credit to your account.

Any items not returned in the original packaging and accompanied with the original proof of purchase are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We do not accept returns after 90 days.

For orders refunds a charge back to commission will occur to recover the commissions issued from that order at all levels.


What is the shipping policy for Pine Oak Farm?

Our shipping rates are calculated from the carriers' API Rate Charts. We offer both UPS and USPS rates that you may choose from. The shipping cost is based on the weight of the order and not the total sales.

What is the approximate time it takes to receive my order?

All of our orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and should take approximately 10-14 business days to arrive - providing there are no delays from the carriers.

Do you ship to Military APO/FPO addresses?

Yes! We do ship to military APO/FPO addresses via USPS rates only.

What if my product was damaged in shipment?

Please contact our Customer Service via email at customerservice@pineoakfarm.com as soon as possible to report the damaged shipment. If possible, please provide a picture of the damaged item to expedite the process, along with your original order number and contact information.

Yes! Our product line is based on a product offering from a company that is no longer in business. Our owner Mike Edwards was with this company for 20+ years. He realized that there was still a high demand for these items within the marketplace, so he launched Pine Oak Farm and has re-branded some key products and will continue to build our product offering to fit the new brand.
